Which platforms are supported?

Any! If you can export a spreadsheet, you can upload here. Woo, Squarespace, Wix, Magento, Amazon Handmade, Faire and custom carts are common.

All my orders are personalized. How do I submit customization?

Utilize the image column in the mapping template with a publicly-accessible image link. Google Drive, Dropbox and AWS are common. Once the import is complete, to protect customer and client privacy, folders should be made private again.

I would like to test a few items before peak season. Is there a minimum order?

No minimums! From a handful to hundreds, small tests and big drops are welcome. Billing is straightforward with no surprise fees. Orders are only charged once production begins.

The client changed their mind or we made an error. Can orders be edited?

Yes! If the current status is 'pre-production' orders can be cancelled at no charge, images updated or shipping addresses changed. Once orders are 'in production' additional changes cannot be made.
